What is the minimum order quantity?

Ready-stock MOQ depends on the size: Micro 40 pcs, Small 50 pcs and Medium 30 pcs. Please contact us for the current Large-size wholesale requirement.

Can I mix colors in one wholesale order?

Yes. Mixed-color orders are available. Micro, Small and Medium are available in six standard colors. Large is currently available in Black and Off-White.

Do you offer samples?

Sample orders are not currently available. Please contact us if you need product details, dimensions or additional photos before placing a wholesale order.

How long does DDP sea shipping to the U.S. take?

Our regular sea-freight cutoff is before Friday, with sailing normally scheduled for the following Tuesday. Transit to a U.S. port is about 19 days after departure, and door-to-door delivery typically takes about 25–30 days after sailing.

Do you offer DDP air freight to the U.S.?

Yes. DDP air freight is available when faster delivery is needed. The shipping cost is higher than sea freight.

Can the tote bag be customized?

Yes. The bag appearance, logo and packaging can be customized. A new mold is required for custom bag development. Custom projects typically start from 500 pcs, with mold cost around US$3,088 and a lead time of about 50 working days.
